EXPECTATIONS OF ZOOMING:
Keep in mind your camera is on and we can all see what you are doing! If it’s too personal for the classroom, then it’s too personal for Zoom.
Cameras must remain on. If you need to leave the room, then send a chat so I know you are coming back and not a lost connection. If you are breastfeeding, just send me a chat and step out of the camera range.
To be fully engaged, you are expected to be seated in a chair at a desk or table and not lounging in bed or on a sofa. Clothing should be appropriate as if you were in a classroom.
Textbook is required.
Use of electronic devices or otherwise multi-tasking is not permitted. This includes but not limited to use of cell phones, texting, web browsing, checking or responding to emails, playing games or reviewing charts.
Activities such as doing housework or driving while engaged in the class will cause you to be dismissed from the class.
Please keep distractions to a minimum, younger kids need to have someone looking after them. I understand there will be doorbells, gardeners and pets that may require your attention. Do the best you can, I have the same distractions at my house.
